The gift bag premium was designed to showcase Better Homes and Gardens’ beautiful photography and all of the different aspects of the magazine’s editorial pages. I tried to focus on our readership—the woman who cooks and entertains for her family and friends, plants her garden, and finds new and innovative ways to decorate her home. The images reflect all of the different edit sections, and the text along the side highlights key words in our mission statement. Most importantly, it reinforces our messaging that Better Homes and Gardens is where life happens. Many hours were spent perfecting the gift bag. Sales people were properly equipped to bring clients our magazine, and further demonstrate that home is where life happens.
